Gas Station Cashier Job Description We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Gas Station Cashier to join our team. The Cashier will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling transactions accurately, maintaining store cleanliness, and assisting with daily convenience store operations. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly customer service Operate cash register and process cash, credit card, and mobile payments Assist customers with fuel purchases and store merchandise Stock shelves, coolers, and displays Maintain cleanliness of the store, counters, and work areas Check IDs for age-restricted purchases such as tobacco or alcohol Monitor fuel pumps and report maintenance or safety concerns Count cash drawer and complete shift reports accurately Assist with receiving deliveries and organizing inventory Follow company policies, safety procedures, and theft-prevention guidelines Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous cashier or retail experience is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Basic math and cash-handling abilities Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays Benefits Flexible scheduling Growth opportunities Friendly work environment If you are dependable, hardworking, and enjoy working with customers, we encourage you to apply.
