Conduct product demos when needed to showcase features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities to enhance sales. Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented to attract customers. Assist with inventory management through stocking, truck deliveries and merchandising tasks, helping keep the store organized and inviting. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely, ensuring clear communication at all times. Qualifications Previous experience with POS systems and cashiering duties in a retail or grocery store environment is preferred. Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership skills in team settings. Strong communication skills Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and retail math calculations. Knowledge of liquor store operations including stocking, merchandising, and customer service standards. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences. Knowledge of lottery/scratch offs Familiarity with upselling techniques and product demos to maximize sales opportunities.
