Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented. Assist with inventory management through stock checks and participating in regular stock replenishment activities. Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when handling inquiries or placing orders over the phone. Support team supervision by mentoring new staff members and ensuring smooth daily operations. Skills Proficiency in using POS systems for efficient cashiering transactions. Previous supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership capabilities. Ability to conduct product demos confidently to engage customers and promote sales. Bilingual skills are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively. Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with customers and team members. Strong retail math skills for accurate cash handling, balancing registers, and calculating discounts. Experience in grocery store or retail sales environments is preferred. Knowledge of merchandising techniques and stock management practices. Exceptional customer service skills combined with friendly phone etiquette. Ability to upsell products naturally while maintaining a positive shopping experience.
