Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling cash transactions, and assisting with product sales.

Duties:

• Greet customers and provide assistance with their inquiries
• Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier station
• Assist customers with product selection.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.

Skills:

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
• Excellent organizational skills to manage cash handling and maintain an orderly cashier station
• Cash handling experience is preferred but not required
