Duties Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers warmly and assisting with product inquiries Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments with precision and professionalism Upsell products and suggest add-on items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales Conduct product demos when applicable to educate customers about features and benefits Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are visually appealing Manage stock levels by assisting with inventory counts and replenishing items as needed Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries or follow-up calls Support store operations through basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management Experience Previous cashiering experience in a retail or grocery store environment preferred but not required Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures essential for accuracy and efficiency Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse customers Knowledge of retail sales techniques, merchandising, stocking, and upselling strategies beneficial Ability to perform basic math calculations confidently for transactions and inventory purposes Prior experience conducting product demos or engaging customers through friendly interactions enhances your candidacy Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service!
