You will run the register at live festivals and events, keeping the line moving and the guest experience welcoming from the first transaction of the day to the last. What You Will Do Each Day Run the register, verify the drawer at the start of the day, and follow all cash handling procedures. Greet guests, answer menu questions, and share pricing and specials accurately. Support front of house and line prep so daily service stays on track. Log food temperatures, rotation, and waste to keep safety standards on point. Keep your station clean and sanitized in full uniform with handwashing and glove use.
