About us Travelers Post USA is a Tobacco Store and Smoking lounge located inside the Nashville Airport in Tennessee. We are looking for Friendly, Cheerful, HONEST and
RELIABLE
persons to join our team and must be 21+ or older to APPLY. We area social, engaging, and customer-centric lounge, where travelers relaxand smoke a cigar, cigarette or vape also having a cocktail , beer, Our goal is to offer a relaxing experience before guests board their flights. On this job you get to meet different travelers every day and there is never a dull day!!!

JOB CRITERIA
: Must be able to work in a smoking and non-smoking environment. Must have a TABC server permit or obtain it, within two weeks after being hired.
JOB SUMMARY
: Responsible for providing superior customer service to all guests visiting the lounge. Responsible for all cashiering policy and procedures of the retail store. Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the smoking lounge and retail store.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Must provide superior customer service to all guests including dealing with difficult travelers and the ability to work effectively and courteously with fellow employees. Must communicate in a respectful, courteous, professional manner with guests and fellow employees. Must respond and acknowledge a customer within 10 seconds of seeing them. Smiling when interacting with guest, saying phrases like, "Welcome to Travelers Post", "excuse me may I empty that ashtray for you" or excuse me sir/ma'am is this your drink", saying "thank you". Responsible for following all cashiering policy and procedures of the store. Responsibilities include but not limited to making coffee, making alcoholic drinks, cleaning ash trays and tables, and emptying trash. Responsible for stocking Freezer, refrigerator, and cupboards with necessary items. Responsible for keeping track of inventory and alerting manager of items to restock. Must wear issued uniform shirt on all shifts. Must respect all fellow employees and shows willingness to learn and work together.
