We have virtually no employee turnover in our store. Our newly renovated liquor store, that was recently named "Best of Tennessee" for Liquor & Wine Stores, is in the heart of Green Hills right across from Green Hills Mall. Upbeat and fun team catering to great customers. We are celebrating our 51st year in business at the same location and are well-known in this upscale community. Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic person to assist customers in a high volume liquor store in Green Hills with a fantastic clientele. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers and managing inventory. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently. Process transactions, returns, and exchanges while ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor by restocking shelves as needed. Assist in inventory management, including stock counts and product organization. Upsell products by effectively communicating promotions and benefits to customers. Utilize retail math skills to assist with pricing, discounts, and sales reporting. Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures while maintaining a clean shopping environment. Experience Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred. You will have to get certification from the Liquor Board. Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous. Knowledge of retail sales techniques and upselling strategies is beneficial.
