Job Duties Warmly greet guests and kick off their Sky Pirates adventure with energy and enthusiasm Help create a safe, exciting, and fun atmosphere for both guests and teammates Deliver exceptional guest service that leaves every visitor smiling and ready to set sail again Keep daily operations running smoothly by following procedures with a positive attitude Answer questions about our products, promotions, and everything Sky Pirates of Mermaid Bay has to offer Process transactions quickly and accurately while handling cash like a pro Stay knowledgeable about our offerings so you can confidently assist guests Maintain a clean, safe, and one-of-a-kind experience that upholds Sky Pirates of Mermaid Bay's legendary reputation as a internationally recognized attraction Jump in wherever needed — from cleaning and stocking to concessions and special pirate missions — because teamwork makes the treasure shine! Qualifications Ability to lift up to 30 pounds (preferred) Strong team player who brings positive energy every shift Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to chat with anyone Friendly, upbeat attitude that lights up the deck Passion for delivering outstanding guest service Comfortable making quick decisions in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Flexible availability Previous experience in tourism, entertainment, or customer service is a big plus The pay range for this role is: 16 - 16 USD per hour(Sky Pirates)
