We are a local family owned donut store who truly believe in growing together in the industry. Fortunately with all the support and love of our team and customers, we are so thrilled to grand open our 4th location soon! We are looking for someone who can join the journey together and grow with our team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their purchases
• Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized cash register area
• Train and supervise cashiers to ensure efficient operations
• Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
• Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions

Skills:

• Strong organizational skills to manage cash register operations effectively
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and prepare on time
• Proficient in English, both verbal and written communication skills Job description:
• Checkout customers
• Decorate donuts
• General cleaning and restocking
• Make smoothies/coffees/refreshers/teas
• Opening/Closing
• Handle all delivery tablets
• Preparing breakfasts
• Making special donut icings and creams
• Inventory management
• Supply errands
• Changing bills/coins

Training:

• Hours vary by individuals
• $7.25/hr for basic training
• Must pass the evaluation (Materials will be given when training starts)
• Further training will be paid regular hourly

Requirements:

4-6 Days a week 5am-1pm Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, pull, and lift 50 pounds More information will be discussed during the interview. Will go through 2 interviews: 15minute phone interview and 30minute in person interview!
