Position Summary We are seeking a Cashier to provide excellent customer service and ensure accurate handling of transactions. The cashier is responsible for operating the Point of Sale (POS) system, assisting customers at checkout, and maintaining a friendly and professional environment. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and provide a positive checkout experience. Operate POS systems to process cash, card, and digital payments. Handle returns, exchanges, and issue receipts. Maintain accuracy in cash handling and daily register balancing. Assist with stocking and keeping the checkout area clean and organized. Respond to customer inquiries and escalate issues when necessary. Qualifications Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred. Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
