We are excited to bring our award-winning concept to Carrollton and are looking for friendly, dependable, and energetic Front Counter Team Members to join our opening team. This is a great opportunity to grow with an exciting brand from the beginning. Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service. Accurately take customer orders and process payments. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter and dining room. Ensure orders are accurate and delivered promptly. Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties. Work efficiently during busy lunch and dinner rush periods. Work as part of a team to deliver a fast, friendly, and memorable guest experience. Qualifications Previous Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) experience is preferred. Experience with Chick-fil-A, Raising Cane's, Starbucks, McDonald's, Wendy's, Whataburger, Panera, or similar high-volume concepts is highly preferred. Minimum one year of customer service or restaurant experience preferred. Positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Reliable transportation and excellent attendance are required.
