Duties Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process transactions swiftly and securely Greet customers warmly, answer their questions, and provide product information or demos when needed Manage cash handling procedures with precision, including cash, credit, and mobile payments Assist with merchandising, stocking shelves, and organizing products to enhance store presentation Upsell complementary products to increase sales while ensuring customer satisfaction Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting remote customers Support retail sales initiatives by promoting store promotions and loyalty programs Qualifications Previous cashiering experience in a retail or grocery store environment is preferred Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse customers in a bilingual setting is a plus Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and performing retail math calculations Experience with POS systems and cashiering procedures is highly desirable Supervising experience in retail or customer service roles is an advantage for leadership opportunities Ability to demonstrate products confidently through product demos and upselling techniques Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude and professional phone etiquette Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while growing your career in retail!
