What You'll Do:

Greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude Take guest orders accurately and operate the POS system Handle cash, card, and other transactions according to cash handling procedures Answer guest questions and help create a welcoming experience Assemble, package, and serve food and beverages according to Fuego standards Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked front-of-house area Support teammates during busy periods and assist in other areas as needed Follow recipes, food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and company policies Complete opening, closing, cleaning, stocking, and mid-shift tasks as assigned Communicate guest concerns, product needs, or operational issues to management Maintain regular attendance, punctuality, professional appearance, and a guest-focused attitude

What We're Looking For:

No previous restaurant experience required Friendly, dependable, and team-focused Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Able to communicate clearly and respectfully with guests and teammates Willing to learn, accept coaching, and follow Fuego standards Strong attention to cleanliness, accuracy, food quality, and guest experience Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as business needs require Food Handler certification required, or ability to obtain within the required timeframe Must be authorized to work in the
