Key Responsibilities:

Accurately process cash, credit/debit card, and mobile payments Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily sales Greet customers warmly, answer menu questions, and recommend seafood specials Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues with a positive attitude Provide friendly, attentive service and communicate clearly with guests Process takeout and online orders efficiently Keep cashier station clean and organized Assist with opening and closing duties Keeping work area tidy, clean and organized •

Strong cash handling and math skills Good communication skills and a friendly personality Ability to handle complaints calmly and deliver great customer service Ability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays Reliable and able to stand for long periods •
