Position Overview:

We're on the lookout for a customer-centric Retail Pharmacy Salesclerk to join our bustling pharmacy team. As an essential member of our front-end staff, you'll be the friendly face that greets our customers, offers expert advice on products, and ensures everyone leaves with a smile. Responsibilities:

Welcome customers with warmth and enthusiasm, providing top-notch service and assistance. Efficiently handle transactions using our state-of-the-art point-of-sale system. Keep our retail area looking its best, ensuring shelves are stocked and displays are inviting. Pitch in with receiving and stocking inventory shipments to keep our shelves full. Be the helpful voice on the phone, directing calls to the right pharmacy team member. Collaborate closely with our pharmacists and technicians to keep things running smoothly.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; bonus points for additional healthcare or retail training. Previous retail or customer service experience is a big plus. Stellar communication skills and a knack for connecting with people. Thrive in a fast-paced environment and love tackling multiple tasks with a smile. Comfortable with basic math and using a cash register. While knowledge of pharmacy products is great, a willingness to learn is even better! Ready to dive in, learn new things, and be part of an awesome team.

Schedule:

This is a full-time position with shifts from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with rotating weekends.
