Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier to join our team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, particularly in a quick service fast food restaurant. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for processing transactions, providing excellent customer service, verifying accuracy and quality of orders, and ensuring the cleanliness of the dining area. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed. Operate POS system, cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately. Process orders quickly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service. Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met at all times. Maintain cleanliness of the cashier area and dining space. Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies when necessary. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Skills Previous experience in quick service fast food restaurant or high volume restaurant is preferred. Familiarity with Clover or similar cash register systems is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation procedures. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Ability to multi-task Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
