Duties Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service throughout their visit Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently Handle cash, credit card transactions, and food handling with precision and integrity Assist with food preparation, serving, bussing tables, and maintaining sanitation standards in the café or quick-service environment Upsell menu items or products to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and food prep zones in compliance with food safety standards Support team members with basic math calculations for cash handling and retail math accuracy Skills Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or retail environments such as grocery stores or quick-service restaurants Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for seamless transaction processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively influence customer experiences Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail transactions Previous restaurant experience or culinary background is highly desirable to excel in this role Join us to be part of a lively team that values energetic service, teamwork, and a passion for delivering memorable customer experiences!
