Smoke Shop Cashier

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
• Scan and bag items for customers
• Process returns and exchanges
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
• Upsell products and services to customers
• Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves

Requirements:

• Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are preferred
• Strong time management skills to ensure efficient checkout process
• Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
• Knowledge of phone etiquette for answering customer inquiries
• Organizational skills to maintain a tidy checkout area
• Experience in wireless sales is a plus
