The ideal candidate will have a passion for gaming, excellent customer service skills, and be responsible for ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all patrons. As a PC Gaming Center Associate, you will assist customers with computer setup, maintain the cleanliness of the gaming center, manage inventory, and provide basic gaming knowledge to new and returning customers. Key Responsibilities Must have a basic understanding of PC gaming configurations. Assist new customers with computer setup, including logging in, configuring peripherals, and ensuring they are comfortable with the gaming environment. Maintain a clean and organized gaming center by regularly cleaning gaming stations, common areas, and restocking supplies as needed. Conduct regular inventory counts of gaming equipment, accessories, and consumables, ensuring that supplies are well-stocked and equipment is functioning properly. Respond to customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring they have a positive experience at the gaming center. Report technical issues or equipment malfunctions to the management or IT team promptly for resolution. Assist in organizing and promoting gaming events, tournaments, or community activities. Ensure all gaming policies, including appropriate behavior and usage of equipment, are followed by customers. Support other store operations as needed, such as handling payments, managing reservations, and updating customer profiles. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old Basic knowledge of PC gaming and popular gaming titles. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues related to gaming setups and peripherals. Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace. Reliable and punctual with the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Previous experience in retail or a gaming-related environment is a plus but not required. Attention to detail and ability to manage inventory effectively. Team-oriented and proactive in assisting both customers and colleagues.
