Job Description
Overview We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Cashier to join our team. The Cashier will greet customers, assist with donut selections, process transactions accurately, and help maintain a clean and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and can thrive in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner Assist customers with selecting donuts and other menu items Accurately process cash, credit card, and digital payment transactions Operate the cash register and point-of-sale (POS) system Package customer orders efficiently and accurately Maintain a clean and organized front counter and dining area Restock displays, supplies, and merchandise as needed Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Answer customer questions and resolve concerns courteously Work collaboratively with team members to provide excellent customer service Experience Previous cashier, retail, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle cash and perform basic math calculations Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, is a plus Schedule Shifts may begin as early as 5:00 AM Reliable attendance and transportation for early morning shifts are required Weekend and holiday availability may be required
