Responsibilities:

Transaction Handling:

You will be responsible for collecting payments from customers through various methods including cash, check, or credit/debit cards.

Customer Service:

Ensuring customers receive accurate change and receipts, maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Documentation:

Accurately document all transactions as per the established policies.

Additional Duties:

Occasionally answer the service and parts department phone to assist with customer inquiries.
