Job Description
Job Overview In this energetic role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, preparing and serving food with precision, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment and handling transactions. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create memorable moments for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with their purchases, managing cash and card transactions, restocking, cleaning up. NOTE• we pay cash only Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly customer service throughout their visit Assist with food preparation, including assembling dishes and maintaining ingredient stations Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring presentation standards are met Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation of all items Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, kitchens, and service stations to uphold hygiene standards Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and purchases. Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately. Process sales using Point of Sale (POS) systems and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods Skills Prior experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred. Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in processing payments. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Ability to quickly learn recipes and remember how items are made.
