Full Job Description Job Description:
Ben & Jerry's McAllen is looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Morning Leader to join our team. This role is perfect for someone organized, proactive, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve ice cream and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude, mainly during the morning shift. Assist with store opening and preparation. Maintain work areas clean and safe. Follow Ben & Jerry's quality and service standards.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Weekends may be required based on store needs
Requirements:
Previous customer service experience (preferred). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Availability for the stated schedule, including occasional weekends.
