• Duties & Responsibilities

• Master and execute day-to-day café operations, ensuring strict adherence to quality control, drink precision, and premium brand presentation.

• Technology & Workflow Management:

• Utilize modern cloud-based POS and inventory platforms to track daily sales, monitor product levels, and optimize high-volume transactional workflows.

• Financial Integrity:

• Manage accurate cash-handling protocols, daily register reconciliations, and basic retail math auditing.

• Customer Experience Leadership:

• Drive a high-energy, welcoming environment by maintaining elite customer service standards and professionally resolving guest inquiries.

• Quality & Compliance Control:

• Enforce rigorous food safety standards, meticulous cleanliness, and proper ingredient rotation protocols across the entire floor.

• Time & Shift Optimization:

• Manage floor efficiency during peak hours, ensuring rapid throughput while maintaining exact product standards. ###
• Requirements

• Education:

• Must hold a completed 2-year or 4-year college degree in hand
• (e.g., Associate's or Bachelor's) from an accredited institution. All majors are welcome, though degrees in Business, Communications, Management, or related fields are highly advantageous.

• Core Competencies:

• Strong foundational skills in professional communication, problem-solving, and team accountability.

• Technical Aptitude:

• Comfort navigating modern digital applications, scheduling tools, and inventory/sales-tracking software.

• Mathematical Literacy:

• Solid basic math skills required for daily sales auditing, inventory management metrics, and cash control.

• Experience:

• Prior experience in high-volume food service, specialty coffee/tea, retail leadership, or customer-facing roles is a major plus, but a proven work ethic and a desire to learn our specific business model are paramount.
