Pizza Maker/Cashier

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pizza Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and experience in the food industry, particularly in meal preparation and food handling. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for creating delicious pizzas that meet our high standards of quality and taste, while maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. Duties Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications. Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored, adhering to food safety standards. Assist in the meal preparation process by chopping, slicing, and preparing various toppings. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management. Participate in training sessions on food safety and kitchen best practices. Requirements Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking equipment. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
