Duties Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process transactions swiftly and securely Handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with precision Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers warmly and addressing their needs professionally Assist customers with product demos, upselling relevant items to enhance their shopping experience Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the store looks inviting Support inventory management through stocking, inventory checks, and merchandising tasks Use effective phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Requirements Previous cashiering experience in a retail or grocery store environment is preferred Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail math for accurate transactions and change calculation Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customers Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to perform basic math quickly and accurately under pressure Experience supervising or leading small teams is advantageous but not required Willingness to engage in product demos, upselling, and merchandising activities Join us if you're passionate about creating positive shopping experiences!
