We are seeking friendly and efficient Snow Cone Makers to join our team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest service while handling transactions accurately and efficiently. This role requires a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the team to ensure a seamless experience for our guests. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide assistance with their selections. Operate the register, processing payments quickly and accurately. Handle food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shack. Upsell items to enhance guest experience. Experience Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills are essential. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on helping customers and providing excellent service.
