Job Description

Panera Bread Salt Lake City Airport is looking for Shift Supervisors! As a Team Member at Panera, you are key to the success of your bakery-café. You handle a wide range of duties both in the front of the café and in the back, paid training, meal discounts, uniforms, great pay and more. Make $17 an hour base pay and then add tip pool participation, Averages $18-$20/hr! Your rise starts here. At Panera we believe that food should not only taste good, but also be good for you. We are looking for:
Motivated team player with great communication and people skills Leadership experience in a food service or retail environment Must understand and practice basic food safety Minimum age 18 years of age About the Shift Supervisor position: As a Shift Supervisor you will support operational excellence and strive to consistently exceed customer expectations Take the lead, with responsibilities that range from assisting customers to supporting the entire bakery-cafe team Inspire associates to have fun while delivering a great guest experience Work as a team player with a passion for continuous learning Around here, we work fast and smart while we spread some good, keep it real, and reach for more—together.
