What You'll Do:
Greet customers in a warm, professional manner. Accurately process payments (cash, check, and credit card) for service and parts. Operate our dealership's computer system and cash register efficiently. Ensure all documents, receipts, and totals are verified and properly recorded. Work closely with service advisors and department managers to support a smooth customer experience. Handle customer concerns with poise and refer to appropriate staff when needed. Assist in maintaining and reconciling cash register balances daily. Process refunds and mail out customer documents as necessary.
What We're Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow established procedures. A positive, professional appearance and attitude. Willingness to learn dealership systems and tools. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact well with customers. Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus, but not required-we'll train the right person!
