Job Description
Overview We are seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier to join our team at a bustling convenience store. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. As a Cashier, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers while accurately processing transactions. Duties Operate the cash register and handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with accuracy. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns. Assist in stocking shelves and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Requirements Previous experience in customer service or retail environment is preferred. Strong basic math skills to accurately process transactions and handle cash. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required for stocking duties.
