Duties Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with precision and confidence Provide friendly and professional customer service, addressing questions and resolving issues promptly Assist customers with product demos and upselling opportunities to enhance their shopping experience Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability Support inventory management through stocking and merchandising tasks Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely Experience Previous cashiering or retail sales experience preferred, especially in grocery store environments Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings Bilingual skills are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently Basic math skills necessary for cash handling and retail math calculations Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations is essential Experience in grocery stores or similar retail environments will help you excel in this role Embark on a rewarding journey where your proactive approach and dedication make a real difference!
