Game Day Cashier

Position Summary The Tri-City Chili Peppers are seeking friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Cashiers to join our Food & Beverage team for the 2026 season. This role is responsible for providing fast and accurate service to fans while processing transactions, maintaining clean work areas, and helping create a positive game day experience at Shepherd Stadium. Duties & Responsibilities Greet guests and provide friendly, efficient customer service Accurately process cashless transactions through the point-of-sale system Answer basic menu questions and assist guests with food and beverage selections Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked cashier station Communicate product outages or guest concerns to supervisors promptly Follow all POS, food safety, and company service standards Assist with stand setup, cleaning, and breakdown after events Qualifications Previous cashier, retail, concessions, or customer service experience preferred Comfort using point-of-sale systems and handling high-volume guest interaction Strong communication skills and a positive attitude Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a team Ability to stand for extended periods in a busy environment Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and scheduled game days is required
