Also serving Roanoke's finest Red Rooster coffee beverages, this brunch spot is the place to be. We are hiring for an experienced barista to join our fast-paced team! Two shifts are available, an opening shift from 5am to 1pm and a morning shift from 8am to 4pm. Duties include running the register, making latte drinks, and serving food for customers. This is a friendly, fast-paced environment and we are looking forward to adding another friendly face to our team! We are looking for both morning shift baristas and evening shift baristas. Morning shift is 5:30am to 2pm and 8am to 4pm. Evening shift is 2pm to 9pm. Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are required. Individuals will be responsible for learning our menu, pastry/cake offerings, and espresso station. Individuals must have the ability to convey this knowledge to our guests in a friendly professional manner. $16-$20/hr total compensation (hourly + tips) with room to advance. Many of our bistro baristas advance quickly.
