  • Part-time, Full-time We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Do-Nut Associate Staff to join our team.
This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring that their dining experience is enjoyable and efficient. As a member of the Front of House team, you will play a vital role in customer service, food presentation, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Duties Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor as they arrive Manage cash register operations, including processing payments accurately. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly. Assist with food service tasks, including taking orders and serving food and beverages. Maintain cleanliness and readiness for incoming guests. Sanitize dining area and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Help maintain inventory levels by restocking supplies as needed. Utilize basic math skills for handling transactions and providing change to customers. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance guest experience and promote menu items. Demonstrate effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods. Skills Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred but not required. Proficiency with cash registers and basic math skills for accurate transactions. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail, particularly in food presentation and sanitation practices.
