Sweetspot is seeking knowledgeable and customer-focused cannabis advisor to join our beautiful dispensary located in Essex Junction, VT. As a cannabis advisor, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the wide variety of products we offer, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting cannabis products that best fit their needs and lifestyle Provide information regarding different cultivars, potency, and effects Handle cash and POS transactions with accuracy and diligence Assist with stocking and merchandising Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations Uphold a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old Previous experience in a retail or fast paced customer service-oriented role required Knowledge of cannabis products and industry regulations is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change Strong attention to detail and accuracy Background check required
