The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a strong background in cash handling. • Greet customers and respond to inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
• Operate a cash register and handle cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods
• Accurately count and manage cash and stock inventory
• Assist with restocking shelves and maintaining a clean and organized store
• Provide customers with information on products and services, including gift sales and upselling opportunities
• Utilize POS systems to process transactions and track sales
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services
• Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive store atmosphere Requirements
• Proficiency in cash handling and operation of a cash register
• Experience with POS systems and inventory management
• Strong sales and upselling skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Experience in candy/confectionery is an asset Skills
