Full Job Description About Us:
Tundra Lodge Water Park and Conference Center is located 4 blocks from the Packer Stadium and houses Green Bay's only indoor waterpark. We provide a variety of services to our patrons in our restaurants, meeting spaces, waterpark, arcade, and suites. We believe in exploring our customers' needs and providing them with exceptional service at every step of the way, while creating lasting experiences that they want to repeat again and again. This position is for Thursday through Sunday, holidays, and occasional weekday groups. Most hours will be Thursday through Sunday. See our website for hours. Join our arcade staff at Tundra Lodge Resort & Waterpark! This position is located in the arcade in the lower level of the resort. Cash Handling Processing transactions. Balancing cash register at the beginning and end of each shift. Ensuring register has the adequate change at all times. Customer Service Greeting guests with a smile & a friendly attitude. Ensuring the guest is enjoying their stay.
