What You'll Do Assist with answering incoming calls, checking in guests for service appointments, and internal billing procedures. Assists Service Manager with Accounts Receivable, including contacting insurance companies and guests for payment. Assist with onsite accounting needs. Prepare bills for guests and insurance companies. Process payments from guests and insurance companies. Respond promptly to incoming communications with assistance of the Service Manager as needed.

Schedule:
