Assist the manager in setting and helping achieve monthly sales goals Follow all Allied Cooperative, federal, and state policies and procedures Handle complaints in a timely and appropriate manner Assist in checking in product deliveries and maintaining stock of products Operate a cash till and be able to balance cash drawers Ensure that the facility and equipment remains in good repair and appearance Maintain a clean and orderly store All other duties assigned by manager

Qualifications:

Excellent cash handling skills Be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis Be able to stand for a long period of time, bend, kneel, and have good finger and wrist dexterity
