Duties:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
• Scan and bag items for customers
• Process returns and exchanges
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations
• Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits
• Upsell additional products or services to customers
• Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering preferred
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing change
• Bilingual skills, particularly in English, are a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
