Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections, upselling specials and add-ons to enhance their experience Operate Aloha POS or Micros POS systems accurately for order entry and payment processing Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and food handling procedures with precision and integrity Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the cashier area, dining space, and food prep zones Support food preparation tasks when needed, including assembling orders or assisting in quick service environments Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure prompt service and minimize wait times Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and restocking supplies to uphold food safety standards Qualifications Previous experience in food service, cashiering, or retail environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key! Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is a plus; training will be provided Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly under pressure Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience working in quick service or fast food restaurants is advantageous but not mandatory Basic kitchen experience or familiarity with the food industry will help you succeed in this energetic role Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels our vibrant atmosphere!
