Job Description
Summary Serves as a clinical and operational resource supporting Parkview Samaritan Flight, Mobile ICU, and Ground ALS/BLS operations through education and outreach. Works collaboratively with service line leadership, clinical teams, and internal and external partners to support workforce readiness, regulatory compliance, and high-quality patient care across air and ground transport environments. Facilitates education, professional development, outreach initiatives, and program support activities aligned with organizational goals and transport system needs. Education Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited school required. Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Emergency Medical Services, or related field preferred. Master's degree in nursing, education, or healthcare leadership preferred. Licensure/Certification Active Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) license required. Indiana Paramedic certification preferred. Valid driver's license required. Current
BLS, ACLS
certification required. Advanced certifications relevant to critical care and transport required within one (1) year of employment (e.g., CFRN, CTRN, FP-C, CCP-C). Required to obtain instructor credentials in PHTLS, ACLS, and PALS within one (1) year of employment as part of role development expectations. Experience Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Registered Nurse. Experience in air medical transport, ground critical care transport, emergency services, trauma, or high-acuity patient care strongly preferred. Experience in education, training, outreach, quality improvement, or program coordination strongly preferred. Other Qualifications Demonstrates ability to establish and maintain effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Minimum proficiency with technology ie. Microsoft Office suite. Shows a proven ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary clinical and operational teams.Location:
