+ Working knowledge of the child welfare and/or juvenile justice fields. + Experience in caseload management. + Ability to multitask and have excellent time management skills. + You must be able to complete YLS certification within 12 months of employment and maintain certification while employed. + Ability to express ideas clearly and concisely, verbally and written. + Proficient use of current computer programs and technology. + Professional, courteous and cooperative in demeanor.
