CSO DAY SUPERVISOR

Liquification The individual in this role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Plant Pre-commissioning and commissioning activities. This includes conducting equipment and system checkout, inspecting for proper installation, and ensuring hydro draining is done correctly up until Mechanical Completion. They are also involved in reviewing designs and calculations. In addition to their oversight responsibilities, they coordinate all Commissioning activities, including directing craft workers and overseeing activities such as flushing, chemical cleaning, and initial equipment and system pressure tests. They also coordinate Motor bumps and Loop tests for all systems in their area. Furthermore, they provide engineering reports to assist in design change preparation and work closely with clients on-site. Under direct supervision, this individual applies standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria, making minor adaptations and modifications as needed. As they gain more experience in a specific area, they may assist in designing larger and more complex assignments that involve conventional plans, investigations, and surveys with few complex features and precedents. The correct performance of their job tasks indirectly impacts cost containment, efficiency, profitability, and overall operations of the plant. To qualify for this role, candidates typically possess an undergraduate degree in Engineering and have at least 7 years of related experience. The average range of experience falls between10 and 15 years.
