Position Summary:
As the Chief Revenue Officer, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and overseeing all sales and marketing activities to effectively promote products and services to customers. You will also establish sales territories and goals, determine product line strategy, manage pricing, sales promotions, staff development, training, and market research. You will effectively lead your team and collaborate with other departments as needed to best serve the company.
Position Responsibilities:
Lead and manage associates, including staffing, training, coaching, performance management, and issue resolution Achieve targeted profit margins and increase sales growth while maintaining acceptable gross margins and expanding market share Build strong relationships internally and externally to foster trust and openness Present proposals to key customers, meet with suppliers, and provide professional assistance to stakeholders Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning, marketing plans, policy changes, and company performance evaluations Implement efficient sales processes integrated with other departments for seamless customer experience Attend and present at sales meetings, committee meetings, trade association gatherings, and food shows Perform other assigned duties as needed Required Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent 6 - 10 years of experience in the foodservice industry, sales, or related field, with supervisory experience.
