This is an opportunity to help launch and scale one of the most exciting longevity and wellness businesses in Las Vegas — with the potential to grow into a major multi-location platform in one of the fastest-growing industries in the world. We are looking for a highly driven, sales-focused, entrepreneurial leader to become the Founding General Manager for Ultimate Longevity Centers in Las Vegas. We are not looking for the best wellness practitioner. We are looking for a proven sales leader who is passionate about wellness, longevity, health optimization, and helping people transform their lives. The right person will help launch the first two flagship centers, then assist in the development of additional locations while building the systems, team, culture, customer experience, and operational platform required for long-term growth. ABOUT THE ROLE
This role will initially be heavily focused on: Pre-sale memberships Lead generation Community outreach Strategic partnerships Customer acquisition Sales leadership Center launch execution During the first phase, approximately 70-80% of the role will involve direct sales leadership, membership growth, business development, and customer acquisition. This role is not designed to remain a single-center management position. The successful candidate will be expected to help launch the first two centers, recruit and develop future center managers, assist with launching additional locations, and help build the operational platform for future expansion. Over time, the role is designed to evolve into a broader leadership position overseeing multiple locations, management teams, and future growth initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Membership Growth Drive aggressive pre-opening membership sales Generate leads through networking, referrals, events, outreach, and partnerships Lead inbound and outbound sales efforts Build relationships throughout the Las Vegas business and wellness communities Increase recurring monthly memberships and revenue Maintain high conversion rates Increase average member spend and retention Develop a strong local referral ecosystem Create an exceptional customer experience that drives retention and referrals Business Development & Community Growth Establish referral relationships with healthcare providers, wellness professionals, fitness businesses, entrepreneurs, influencers, and community organizations Generate leads through networking, partnerships, events, and local business development activities Build a strong local reputation that drives memberships, referrals, and community engagement Represent the brand at community and networking events Develop strategic alliances that accelerate growth Operations & Team Leadership Operate and oversee the first center during launch Recruit, onboard, train, and develop future center managers and staff Build strong systems, accountability, and culture Create a high-performance environment focused on sales, service, and results Ensure exceptional customer experience standards Work directly with ownership and franchisor leadership Support future center launches and expansion Business & Financial Leadership Own and be accountable for revenue, profitability, EBITDA, membership growth, retention, and overall center performance Develop and execute business plans to achieve growth targets Monitor key performance indicators and take corrective action when required Manage labor costs, operating expenses, and overall financial performance Drive consistent growth while maintaining exceptional service standards

COMPENSATION
Base salary approximately $60,000-$80,000 depending on experience Uncapped performance incentives Membership sales incentives Revenue and growth-based bonuses Performance-based leadership bonuses Future profit-share opportunities tied to performance and growth
LOCATION
Las Vegas, Nevada This role requires: Weekend availability Travel between locations Active involvement in launches and events Participation in franchisor systems and training Strong involvement in community and business networking
LONG-TERM OPPORTUNITY
This role is designed to evolve. The right person has the opportunity to grow from Founding General Manager into a senior leadership role overseeing multiple locations, regional operations, and future expansion initiatives.
