Compensation:

Base Compensation:

Starting at $55,000-$164,000 annually (based on chapter performance)

Additional Revenue:

Performance incentives and revenue generated through approved charitable gaming, memberships, fundraising events, sponsorships, and community programming.

Projected Mature Chapter Revenue:

Potential to generate $250,000-$750,000+ in annual gross revenue, depending on membership growth, charitable gaming participation, fundraising, and community engagement. About the Opportunity American Valor Fellowship (AVF) is a subsidiary social fellowship organization of SafeHouse USA Inc. dedicated to strengthening communities by bringing together veterans, first responders, their families, and community supporters through fellowship, charitable gaming, volunteerism, and community outreach. We are seeking entrepreneurial leaders to establish and operate exclusive AVF Chapters within assigned territories. This is not a traditional employment position. It is a social franchise/chapter ownership opportunity designed for individuals who want to build a mission-driven organization while creating long-term income and community impact.

Coordinate charitable gaming activities in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Recruit and retain chapter members. Organize veteran, first responder, and community fellowship nights. Build relationships with local businesses, civic organizations, and community leaders. Recruit and manage volunteers. Coordinate fundraising events and charitable initiatives. Promote SafeHouse programs and connect individuals with available resources and services. Maintain chapter financial records and operational reporting. Represent the AVF and SafeHouse brands professionally within your assigned territory.
