As a Location Scout , you'll hit the road and visit 12-16 potential accounts daily. You'll walk into offices, apartments, warehouses, and properties across Birmingham and surrounding towns, chatting with property managers, office managers, and front desk teams. Your job is to find great locations that need modern vending, build those first connections, qualify the property, and set an appointment for our team. What we're looking for: Someone genuinely outgoing who smiles easily and loves talking to strangers People who enjoy being in their car and jumping in and out all day Strong communicators who are quick with texts, emails, and follow-ups Someone who follows up relentlessly — almost to the point of being over-the-top Leaders who are not afraid to ask hard questions, aren't afraid of hearing "no" and are willing to ask for the appointment A team player who's excited to be part of a small, tight-knit crew What we offer: Base pay between $40K and $45K Commission opportunity up to $20K+ (total earning potential $65K+) Company gas card plus mileage reimbursement Full training — no sales experience required If you have grit, love people, and want to help bring warm, modern A.I. vending solutions to local businesses, we want to talk to you.
