In this role, you will respond to warm leads, generate new business, and guide homeowners through the roofing and restoration process from inspection to project completion. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping homeowners understand their options and ensuring a seamless, positive experience.
Responsibilities:
Rapidly respond to warm sales leads and close contracts for roofing services Generate new sales opportunities through door knocking, referrals, and neighborhood canvassing Travel to storm-affected areas to identify roof and property damage Conduct thorough inspections of roofs and properties to determine the scope of damage and necessary repairs Climb ladders and access roofs to perform damage assessments (training provided) Meet with homeowners to assess needs and provide professional guidance Educate homeowners on roofing solutions, restoration processes, and insurance claims Serve as a trusted advisor to effectively resolve customer concerns Generate accurate estimates and proposals while coordinating with the production team Provide funding options and collect payments as required Liaise with insurance companies and meet with adjusters to advocate for homeowners Assist homeowners in selecting materials and colors for roofing projects Obtain signed agreements and contracts for services Manage projects from initial contact through completion Manage collections, cultivate referrals, and generate positive business reviews Collaborate with team members to achieve regional, departmental, and company goals Attend weekly sales meetings and actively participate in team communication Participate in continuing education and stay up to date with industry trends Adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines Maintain a high level of self-motivation and initiativeQualifications:
Sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Comfortable using technology, including smartphones and apps Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Ability to climb ladders and safely walk roofs Ability to work outdoors and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs Availability of at least 40 hours per week (flexible schedule, some Saturdays required)What We Offer:
